SHIPPING TIME AND DELIVERY
Tim & Co. provides standard complimentary delivery worldwide.
Your order will be shipped in 4-5 business days*. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Also, customized items necessitate more time to be produced and shipped to your address.
Please note that the delivery options may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of entering your address.
Standard Delivery
Your creation should arrive within 3 business days* from the date of your order (depending on your location). We offer complimentary Standard Delivery for all orders.
Express Delivery
Your creation should arrive within 2 business days* from the date of your order (depending on your location). This service is provided on request and includes extra fees.
You can track the progress of your order online in the “My Account” section of the website.
*Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Tim & Co. creations can be returned or exchanged following our conditions of sale. You may return your creation to our Tim & Co. e-shop distribution center within 30 days of receipt. To do so, you can simply use the return label enclosed in your delivery. Please note that the return fees are completely at your charges. The refund of your returned item will be operated directly on the credit card used to order within 15 days.
CAUTION: We only accept returns and exchanges of NON-customized items.
Before returning your jewellery make sure it is in a perfectly new and unused state, with all protective materials in place as well as tags and stickers still attached to them. Tim & Co. will not accept any return if the conditions mentioned are not properly fulfilled: especially if the product shows signs of wear or altered from its original delivery condition.
